Refund policy

Due to the nature of our business, we do not offer any refunds because the plants we offer are alive. All of our plants come with some form of insurance up to $100 included with your shipping. We can promise your plant to arrive safely, if it does not, please file a claim with the carrier for a refund directly from the carrier for destroying the live plant. If your plant arrives dead, but you do not think shipping damage was the issue, please contact us so we can help you solve the issue or give you a free or replacement, you must talk to us within 24 hours of getting your plant. You will need to keep the original box and the plant that is dead once we verify that through pictures you send us, then you (the buyer) can mail the tree back to us and we can give a replacement. This all needs to be talked through to us before we can take any action to help.
